    RAC 2200 USO DELLA RIVETTATRICE Il chiodo troncato dopo il serraggio del rivetto, viene aspirato dalla rivettatrice ed espulso dalla parte posteriore all’interno dell’apposito serbatoio (B). La potenza dell'aspirazione si regola mediante la rotazione della valvola (A).     RAC 2200 HOW TO USE YOUR RIVETING TOOL After the clamping, the sheared nail is piped by the riveting tool and ejected from the back into the special container (B). By swinging the valve (A) you can adjust the suction power. By the suction nail system, the rivet remains in the nozzle also turning over the head of the riveting tool downwards: this detail increases a lot the usefulness of the riveting tool.

    RAC 2200 MANUTENZIONE E CAMBIO DI FORMATO L’utilizzo prolungato della rivettatrice può dar luogo allo slittamento dei morsettl sul chiodo a causa del deposito di impurità. Si dovrà quindi procedere alla pulizia dei suddetti morsetti ed alla successiva lubrificazione oppure, in caso di usura che ne comprometta il corretto funzionamento, alla loro sostituzione.

For this reason, it is necessary to lubricate the clamps after having cleaned them . However, if clamps are worn out and as a consequence their working is jeopardized, replace them.

    RAC 2200 RABBOCCO OLIO CIRCUITO OLEODINAMICO Verificare periodicamente che il livello dell'olio non scenda mai al di sotto dei 3/4 indicati dall'apposito segnalatore (B) . Nel caso si rendesse necessario un rabbocco togliere il tappo (A) servendosi di una chiave di mm 17, quindi immettere olio idraulico con PANOLIN HLP ISO 32 finché questo non raggiunge il bordo del foro filettato.

    RAC 2200 TOPPING UP THE OIL-DYNAMIC CIRCUIT Verify periodically that the oil level does not go below 3/4 of the limit indicated by the proper indicator (B). Whether you need to top up the circuit, remove the plug (A) by means of a 17-mm wrench, then pour hydraulic oil, PANOLIN HLP ISO 32, until it reaches the border of the threaded hole.
