a. Install the bits (Fig. 3)

Depress the battery-release button
located on the both sides of the
battery pack to release battery pack.
•
Pull the battery pack out and remove
it from the tool.
•
When selecting a bit, use the right
type for your job. For best
performance, always use sharp bits.
•
To open the chuck jaws, hold its
collar while turning the sleeve in the
clockwise direction.
•
Insert the bit deeply into the chuck,
and then center the bit in the chuck
jaws.
•
To close the chuck jaws, hold the
collar while turning the sleeve in the
counterclockwise direction as far
as possible until the bit gets locked
securely
