SC LEXICON – ERROR MESSAGES & PROTECTIONS
Over 10 Sec� Protection
If you press and hold the fire button for longer than the preset puff duration (5, 10 or 15 seconds), the device
automatically shuts off�
Atomizer low Alarm
If the resistance of the coil drops below 0�05 ohm in VW or Bypass mode, or below 0�05 ohm in TC mode,
"ATOMIZER LOW" will show on the display�
Excess Voltage Protection & no Atomizer Head detected
If there is excess voltage on the vaporizer, the display will show "ATOMIZER SHORT"� "NO ATOMIZER FOUND" will
show on the display if no atomizer is connected�
Low Voltage Protection
If the battery voltage drops below 3�1 volts, the display will first show "BATTERY LOW", then "LOCK"� Charge the
battery to unlock the device�
Temperature Protection
Once the coil reaches the target temperature in TC mode, the screen will show "TEMP PROTECTION"� You can
continue to use the device as normal�
Temperature Alarm
If the device temperature is above the alarm temperature, the device will automatically switch off and the display will
show "DEVICE TOO HOT"� You can continue vaping after the device has cooled off
Battery weak
If the battery voltage drops below 2�9 V, the device will show "WEAK BATTERY"� The output power will be reduced to
an appropriate level for the voltage�
