To Change Grinding Discs:
1. Use stop spanner (#43) to
hold spindle (#36).
2. Use hex wrench (#44) to
remove screw (#38) and
grinding disc wheel.
3. Attach grinding disc wheel
to be used and reattach
screw (#38) with hex
wrench (#44). Tighten.
