dishes and cakes, grilling or roasting fish and meat,
raclette dishes, rotisserie dishes, and more.
The oven has top and bottom heating elements,
which are individually operational, and a roasting
spit. In all settings, the heating elements are
supported by a fan to ensure the hot air is distributed
evenly.

GENERAL DIRECTIONS
Place the appliance on a stable and heat-
resistant surface. Do not place the oven directly
under a shelf or cabinet or close to a wall;
ensure at least 30cm clearance.
Check that the function knob is turned to off and
put the plug in the socket.
The oven will emit some smells and a little
smoke the first time it is used. This is normal
and will pass.
The outside of the oven window is insulated, but
it will nonetheless become very hot. Do not
touch the oven window when the oven is in use.
Do not over-fill the oven. Make sure there is
enough room around the food for the hot air to
circulate.
Use oven gloves to put dishes, racks, baking
trays, etc. into the oven and to remove them
from it.
Pre-heat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
Do not put anything on the open oven door and
make sure children do not stand on it or lean on
it, as this could cause the oven to topple over.
Choose the right accessories depending on the type
of food that you want to cook.
7. Oven tray
Put an oven dish or baking tray on the oven tray.
When using the roasting spit or grill, the oven tray is
used as a drip tray. The oven tray can be covered with
aluminium foil to make it easier to clean.
8. Oven rack
For heating up pizzas and baking half-baked rolls.
Also suitable for oven dishes, grilling meat and fish,
and raclette dishes. Use the handle (9) to pull out the
hot oven rack to make it easier to put dishes, etc.,
into, or remove them from, the oven. The rack can be
positioned at 2 different heights.
11. Roasting spit
The roasting spit must first be positioned in the
middle of the oven in the hole for the motor on the
right-hand side and then laid on the support in the
middle of the left-hand side. Use the handle (10) to
take the hot roasting spit out of the oven.
