Crankcase lubrication
The crankcase should be lubricated regularly. After approximately 20 working hours, check and refill
grease in the crankcase.
REPLACING CARBON BRUSHES
When the device is operated carbon brushes wear out steadily. When the insulation tip integrated inside the
brush gets revealed and touches the commutator it will trip the engine automatically. When this happens,
both brushes must be replaced with new brushes of the same type.
Attention! Before commencing carbon brush replacement make sure the device is switched off and the
power cord is unplugged.
To replace carbon brushes:
For the BOH-1050-2 (6190) | BOH-1800-I (6094) | BOH-1800 (6042) models:
•
Unscrew protection cover screws that secure carbon brushes using a screwdriver
•
Remove worn out brushes
•
Insert new brushes
•
Put protection covers back in place and screw the assembly back together
Model BOH-1050-1 (6191):
•
Unscrew protection covers on both sides of the device using a screw driver
•
Remove worn out brushes
•
Insert new brushes
•
Put protection covers back in place and screw the assembly back together
