Problem
Intermediate leaves are too high
(approx. 1 cm) and not aligned with
the main leaves.
Centre intermediate leaf too low
(approx. 1-5 mm)
Outer intermediate leaves too low.
Intermediate leaves do not come
up.
Intermediate leaves do not remain
in the lowered position.
Upon moving, the main leaf has/
leaves have come apart.
The table has been tested in its extended position with a 20 kg load. The table must not tilt under this load (ac-
cording to DIN 68 885 standard). The table top may bend a maximum of 12 mm under this load.
The table has also been tested in the closed position with a 40 kg load. Here too the table must not tilt (accord-
ing to DIN 68 885 standard). The table top may bend a maximum of 10 mm under this load.
Problem solving
Problem solving
Cause
Leaf assembly not positioned cor-
rectly with regard to the column, or
The lifting mechanism and inter-
mediate leaves are not positioned
correctly in the column.
The central intermediate leaf has
not been adjusted correctly.
The outer intermediate leaves have
not been adjusted correctly.
The gas spring in the lifting
mechanism is broken.
The lock (spring plunger) is not
engaged, or
The spring plunger is broken.
The main leaf is clicked in place in
the guide rail. In order to prevent
damage, this connection will come
loose if the load is too great.
Solution
Check whether the two position-
ing holes in the column are visible
from above. If necessary, rotate
the leaves 90° from their present
position (see pict. 3).
The lifting mechanism is posi-
tioned by one centring pin beneath
it and two positioning pins above
it. Ensure that these pins are cor-
rectly located in the holes of the
column
(see pict. 3 and pict. 9).
The lifting mechanism has a height
adjustment. Loosening the screws
raises the central intermediate leaf.
Tightening the screws lowers the
central intermediate leaf (see pict.
12).
The lower tray has two points for
support (synthetic screws). The
height of these must be adjusted
per leaf. Tightening the screw rais-
es the intermediate leaf. Loosening
the screw lowers the intermediate
leaf (see pict. 13).
Consult your service engineer.
Press down on the intermediate
leaves with a little more force until
you hear a click.
Consult your service engineer.
Click the leaf back into the guides.
Attention: the guides may bend
when extended, so the leaves
must first be almost closed
(until approx. 5 cm apart).
