CAUTIONS
•
Do not attempt to disassemble the included power adapter supplied. This may cause high-
voltage injuries. If the adapter needs to be fixed, please contact the helpdesk of
Conceptronic
•
Keep the device away for excessive moisture
•
Do not immerse or expose the device to liquids
•
Disconnect the power adapter if you do not intend to use the device for an extended
period of time.
•
Avoid using the device in a location near combustibles
•
Change the batteries of the remote control with the same kind when they are weak or
dead. Dispose of the old batteries safely. Recycle them where possible. To avoid
corrosion, remove the batteries if the remote is not to be used for a long time.
•
Never drop, shake or bump the device.
•
To prevent overheating, do not cover the device.
•
It is normal that the surface becomes hot when using it as a player but do not cover
anything over the device.
•
Before unplugging power you should stop playing first. Then use the POWER button to
enter standby mode (the power LED turns red). Do not unplug the power when playing, it
can harm the Hard Disk.
•
When entering or exiting standy mode, the power LED flashes. Please wait until it stops
before you proceed with other operations.
•
The OTG cable is exclusively designed for the device. Do not attempt to use it on other
devices
•
The Harddisk must be set as master. When the device is used as a player, make sure that
all partitions are primary (not extended). The file system must be FAT32 (NTSF is not
supported). When used as a USB storage device extended partitions and NTFS is
supported.
•
The Hard disk can be fragmented. This can affect playing movie files from your HDD. It is
recommended that you assign a partition for file storage while another partition is for
movies. Alternatively you may de-fragment your hard disk.
