Put the end of the dilator into your vagina gently and as deeply as possible.
Apply a little pressure so that you feel the top of the vagina but without causing
discomfort (see Fig. 2).

Hold the dilator firmly and insert to the top of the vagina to a comfortable point, gently
rotate the dilator and then withdraw. (Fig. 3).
