Volume controls
If the user taps on the group header item, the volume control screen will be shown.
If the group is not the current active group then the phone will connect to the group's
server.
After the connection is made the volume control screen is shown. For the first run the
help overlay is shown.

The initial control mode is with the "synchronize volumes" option off. This means that
the user can control each volume and mute individually. The first item is the group's
server, followed by the clients.
When the "synchronize volumes" is toggeled to on, the individual volumes are disabled
and the "master volume" is enabled.
The master volume has the value of the highest volume in the group. When the master
volume changes, all the volumes in the group are changed with the same value.
Note:
In a later version of the APP, the configuration might be probably different!
