Specified Conditions of Use
The DIN-Rail Cutting Machine DUO is destined to cut rails.
Operation
This equipment is ready for use and does not nearly require any maintenance.
Before the equipment is used screw it down firmly on a workbench. Fasten the tape measure (21) with the set screw (29).
The tape measure is used to determine the appropriate length of the DIN-rails you want to cut. Screw the lever (7) in the
provided hole of the eccentric (6). To cut pull down the lever (7).
In case the shear plate (2) jams because of soiling, it can be disassembled for cleaning. For this loosen the two screws
(11) on the base plate (4) and take it off. Pay attention to loosen the screws (11) simultaneously as the base plate stands
under spring pressure. Take off the two springs (15) in the upper part and the shear plate (2).
Disassembly and reassembly must be done by qualified staff only.
Reassembly is made in reverse order.
All parts must be carefully cleaned and greased.
