Use the supplied accessories only.
A quick understanding of how to use the hair straightener will allow you to establish the exact application time to
achieve the desired effect on your hair.
•
Ensure your hair is dry, clean and without any trace of hairspray, hair mousse or gel.
•
Comb your hair ensuring there are no knots. Start straightening from the nape of the neck, proceed on the
sides and finish on the forehead.
•
During use, when the plates heat and cool, position the appliance on a smooth and heat resistant surface.
•
While straightening, be careful not to near the plates too much to the sensitive parts of the face, ears, neck
or head.
•
Leave the plates to cool down completely when finished, before putting the appliance away.
PREPARING YOUR HAIR
•
Wash hair as normal and comb to remove knots.
•
Dry your hair and brush from the roots to the ends.
INSTRUCTIONS fOR USE
•
Connect the plug (4) to the mains.
•
Press the button (1). The operating LED (2) lights up.
•
Select the desired temperature between 160°C and 230°C, depending on the type of hair and the desired
effect; the temperature can be adjusted at any time from the slide button.
•
The operating LED (2) flashes until the plates reach the set temperature.
•
Once the temperature is reached, the operating LED lights up and remains on.
•
Take a thin lock of hair, which is the same width of the plate and not too voluminous, and place it between
the two plates.
•
Keep the lock of hair taut with one hand and slide the plate closed with the other hand, from the roots down
to the ends.
•
Once the hair is styled, switch the appliance off by sliding the button (1) to 0° and disconnect the straightener
from the socket.
NOTE: steam may appear while straightening; this is excess humidity in the hair that evaporates.
•
Switch the appliance off by pressing the button (1) and disconnect the plug (4) from the socket
•
Wait for the plates (6) to cool down
•
Clean the surface of the plates (6) and the handle with a soft, damp cloth.
ATTENTION! Make sure all cleaned parts are completely dry before reusing the appliance!
STORING AND CARING fOR THE PRODUCT
ATTENTION! Once you have finished using the hair straightener, make sure it has cooled
down completely before putting it away. Never wrap the power supply cord (4) around the
appliance.
