Standard installation
Use the designated kit composed of a plate with holes and wall plugs. CAUTION!!
Always make sure that the structure is able to support the weight of the device.
The plastic Tcontrol container guarantees good protection against dust and water (protection
grade IP65: protection against water splashes); to guarantee the declared protection, it is
necessary for:
-
the front cover to be closed with the gasket in its correct position and the 6 closing screws
firmly screwed in,
-
the supplied cable glands to be used with suitably sized cables, and then firmly screwed on
-
the unused cable glands to be closed with the supplied caps (PG caps)
-
the correct operation of the gaskets and cable glands to be checked on a regular basis,
and request suitable spare parts when needed
Tcontrol was designed to be installed in technical rooms, electrical panels or technical boxes for
pumps, and always sheltered from the weather.
It cannot be installed in junction boxes.
The device can operate at a voltage between 220 and 240 Vac and with frequencies of 50Hz.
No type of setting is required. It sets automatically based on the detected supply voltage.
IMPORTANT: It is essential to use a differential magneto-thermal switch (30mA) connected
upstream of your Tcontrol.
Connection to the power supply
Connection to the mains using a cable connected to the 220 RETE (MAINS) clamp (N and F). Use
a cable that is able to support the entire required load. Maximum overall load: see technical
data.
Temperature probe connection
Connect the probe to the control unit to clamps 5 and 6 using the white and blue cables, the
shielding sheath is not used. If necessary, extend the supplied cable.
NOTE: if the temperature probe fails it is possible to connect a resistance with the following
characteristics: R=10K, minimum P 0.25W
Massaging water jet button connection
Connect the massaging water jet start button to clamps 7 and 8. It is possible to use the
piezoelectric button available in the catalogue (Code: 100160422), or an open normally open
button in clamps 7 and 8. It is also possible to use pneumatically controlled buttons by connecting
the actuator to clamps 7 and 8.
Light connections
Connect the power supply cable for the lights to the output on the supplied transformer, shown in
point OUT Lamp. It is possible to connect up to a maximum of 3 aqualuxe lights. Maximum
admissible load of 12Vac 100W.
Output protected with a safety fuse. If the fuse blows, a red led will light up in the LIGHT button on
the front synoptic panel.
Radio module connection (optional) Code: 100100833
Connect the radio module to the set-up provided inside the T-control, according to the
instructions supplied with the radio module.
Filtration pump connection
Connect the filtration pump power supply cable to the OUT 1 clamp (FN and F).
It is possible to connect a pump with a maximum power of 3HP. Maximum admissible load of
230V 2.7 KW.
Output protected with a safety fuse. If the fuse blows, a red led will light up in the FILTER button on
the front synoptic panel.
