Multi-Grill
At the same time as raclette or
kebabs, the grill plate can be used
for frying mushrooms, vegetables or
meat. Use a brush to dab some cook-
ing oil onto the grill plate beforehand
so that the food does not become
stuck to it.
5. After use, flip the I / 0 On / Off switch
to the 0 position and pull the mains
plug out of the plug socket.
6. Allow the device and accessories to
cool down and then clean them (see
the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).
Raclette and Frying
Please Note!
■
Always place down the small pans on
heat-resistant surfaces immediately af-
ter use! Do not place any empty small
pans back in or on the heated device.
■
Only ever hold the small pans by the
handles and always allow them to
cool down before they are filled with
new ingredients.
■
Do not slide the small pans too far
into the device to prevent any materi-
al damage to the handles.
L
We recommend that you only
season the ingredients after
preparation as the herbs and spic-
es can burn if they get too hot.
1. Prepare all the ingredients for the
raclette.
2. Heat up the device in the manner
described in the "Basic Use" section.
3. Meanwhile place the ingredients on
the small pans (3). Do not overfill
them to ensure that the food does not
touch the heating element (10) .
4. As soon as the device has heated
up, place the filled small pans to be
gratinated on the fat collecting trays
beneath the heating element.
5. Regulate the temperature as you
require.
6. You can use the wooden spatulas
which are supplied (4) to scoop the
cooked food from the small pans onto
plates.
Kebabs
Please Note!
■
Only ever move the rack for rotating
spits with the removal tool when it is
hot.
■
Be careful when handling the rotating
spits in order to prevent any injuries!
1. Place pieces of meat, fish, vegetables
etc. on the rotating spits (2) as you
wish. The pieces should not be too
big or too heavy so that the spits
can rotate without being impeded. A
rotating spit should be loaded with no
more than 100 g.
2. Heat up the device in the manner
described in the "Basic Use" section.
3. Press together the metal ends of the
removal tool (5) and plug them into
the front openings (18) in the rack for
rotating spits (6).
4. Hold the removal tool by the handle
and pull the rack halfway out of the
device.
5. Insert the rotating spits into the rack
as follows: Place the tip of a rotating
spit on the rear holder and insert the
toothed wheel of the rotating spit into
the slot (17) on the front top side of
the rack (Picture E).
6. Slide the rack back into the main unit
using the removal tool. If it fits cor-
rectly, the rotating spits rotate.
7. After cooking, pull the rack halfway
out and remove the rotating spits.
