PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS

Important: Once programmed, the unit will run for an indefinite period of
time until the water is used up, or you remove the irrigation system from the
water, or until you press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn
the unit off
Remove the battery compartment cover and unscrew it with a
1 screwdriver. Insert 4 AA batteries (not included). When using the unit
for the first time, the separately supplied cover must first be fitted.
Reattach the battery compartment and press SET repeatedly until
you reach the day frequency (Day). Use the UP and DOWN buttons
to set a watering time range of 0.1-30 days.
Example: If you want the irrigation system to water the plants 5

times a day, set 0.2 as the frequency (1/0.2 = 5). If you want the
irrigation system to water the plants only 2 times a day, set 0.5 (1/0.5
= 2). Further examples of the settings can be found in the watering
table.
Press SET until you reach the seconds display (Sec). Use the UP and
DOWN buttons to set a watering time from 1-99 seconds.

Example: If you want the plants to be watered for 20 seconds, set
"20" once. For 30 seconds, set "30". Further settings and examples
can be found in the watering table.
Press the TEST button during the first watering. After that, the unit
runs in the programmed mode.

Note: If you press POWER first and then TEST, the automatic pre-
programmed watering time is 0.1 days.
