Important Information
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the Munchkin Shhh...™ Portable Baby Soother. We hope that it
will help soothe your baby during those fussy moments in the car, while out in the stroller,
or shortly before nap time.
You can use the Shhh...™ in your hand to help distract and calm your baby. It can also be
used as a sound machine or night light to help your child sleep.

• This product is not a toy. DO NOT place this product inside a crib, bassinet,
playpen and play yard.
• Do not leave child unattended.
• Adult supervision required.

BATTERY INFORMATION

• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium,
lithium-ion) batteries.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Insert batteries in the correct polarity position.
• Do not short circuit battery terminals.

• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries
from product. Dispose of batteries properly.
• Use caution when opening battery compartment as some batteries may leak, explode
or catch on fi re.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed before being charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Do not submerge in water or other liquids.
NOTE: Requires two AA batteries. Batteries not included. For longer battery life, use 2 AA
alkaline batteries. When sounds become faint or stop, it is time for an adult to change the
batteries. Batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly.
