Seatbelts
Depending on the model, P.L.A. S.p.A motorhomes have in the housing automatic seatbelts with three
points joint (Picture 01) or two points ventral. For the fastening of the seatbelts the rules of the single
countries are in force.
° Do not damage, twist and tie the seatbelts. Change the damaged ones.
° Do not make changes on the fixing, on the seatbelts and on the seatbelts' roller.
° Periodically verify the screw lock in the anchorage points of the seatbelts to the body shell.
° Do use the safety belts till a maximum hight of 150 cm
° For kids you need to check that the baby's chair is adaptable to the seat of the motorhome. While
installing it follow carefully the instructions given by the manufacturer.
° Do not fasten objects together with the person
° The seatbelts are not effective for people under 150 cm.
° If necessary, use the additional security devices established by the highway code.
How to use the seatbelts in a correct way
°During the march do not keep the chair back excessively reclined because in this case the efficiency
of the seatbelts is much reduced.
° Do not roll the seatbelt that must lie flat on the breast or on the abdomen.
° Sit in a correct way before fastening the seatbelt.
° if between your body and the seatbelt there is a 5-6 cm space, the seatbelt is nor well regulated.

Seats

° During the march passengers must sit on the apposite seats. Look at the log book to verify the
number of the homologated seats.
° Seats have seatbelts and it is compulsory to fasten them.
Headrests
Before departure regulate the headrests' height so that the head rests at the same height of the ears.
