• NEVER leave child unattended. ALWAYS keep child in view while in the high chair.
• Adult assembly required. Take care when unpacking and assembling; contains small parts and some items with sharp edges.
• To prevent a possible choking hazard, remove and discard packing material before using this product.
• Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding out:
The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by the restraining system. The tray is not designed to hold the child in
the chair.
• The high chair is ONLY for use with children who weigh less than 50 lbs (22.6 kg).
• ALWAYS secure child in the restraint.
• DO NOT use high chair if it is broken in any manner or parts are missing.
• NEVER move the high chair while it is occupied.
• To prevent finger injury in hinge areas, take care when folding or unfolding the high chair.
• The high chair is ONLY for use with children who are capable of sitting upright unassisted (approximately 6 months old).
• DO NOT use on an uneven surface.
• MAKE SURE the high chair is fully assembled and locked in the unfolded position before using.
• DO NOT allow child to stand on the footrest. The high chair may tip over and injure the child.
• DO NOT allow child to play on or around high chair.

ASSEMBLE THE HIGH CHAIR
Remove high chair seat
from box, discard packing material,

unfold high chair, and place on the floor upside down, as shown.
Install the rear leg assembly

Make sure the rear leg assembly locks into the high chair with
audible clicks on each side. Pull on the rear leg assembly
make sure it is attached securely.
Note: The rear leg assembly has wheels.
