10. Adjustments

10.1 Adjust flash output
You can adjust the power of the flashes
according to the below mentioned chart.

1. Switch on device.
See Switch the device on and off.
2. Operate the OUTPUT POWER controller,
until the display shows the desired power.
The standby indicator LED lights up.
When the device reaches the adjusted
flash output, LED TEST lights up.
3. Trigger test flash:
Press push-button TEST.
The LED TEST signal goes out and lights
up not until the device will reach the adjus-
ted flash output again.
10.2 Adjust the modelling light depending
on flash power
The modelling light has 50 levels of adjust-
ment.
1. Switch on the device.
See "Switch device on/off".
2. Press the OUTPUT POWER controller
once.
• The modelling light comes on.
• MODEL lights up on the display.
3. Turn the OUTUT POWER controller until
the modelling light has the reached the

desired power level.
The display shows the corresponding
flash power.
4. Switching the modelling light off:
Press the OUTPUT POWER controller
twice.
• The modelling light goes out.
• MODEL goes out on the display.
10.3 Adjusting the modelling light
independently of the flash power
The modelling light has 50 levels of adjust-
ment. Switch on the device.
See "Switch device on/off".
5. Press the OUTPUT POWER controller
twice:
6. The modelling light comes on.
• MODEL lights up on the display.
7. Keep pressing the MODEL ▲ or the
MODEL ▼ key until the modelling light
has the reached the desired power level.
The OUTPUT POWER digital display
shows the actual power of the modelling
light for 1 to 2 seconds and then automati-
cally displays the flash power once more.
8. Switching the modelling light off:
Press the OUTPUT POWER controller
once.
• The modelling light goes out.
• MODEL goes out on the display.

10.4 Switch the audio button on and off

1. Switch on device.See Switch the device
on and off.
2. Switch on audio signal:
• Press push-button AUDIO.
The LED AUDIO lights.
A short beep can be heard when reaching
the adjusted flash output.
