-Hydrating: The hydrating serum is great if you have very dry skin because it
moisturises in depth.
-Purifying: This serum is usually used by younger women or those with combination/oily
skin that tends to be shiny. It minimises imperfections, enlarged pores and smoothes
the skin.
Serum is usually applied after cleansing the face and after toning.
You only need a very small amount: apply it without massaging too much, it will take a
few seconds to absorb.
Generally speaking, it is a good idea to include it in your morning and evening skincare
routine, followed by a good moisturising cream.
BEWARE OF THE DROPPER! When using the dropper, never, ever place it on the
surface of the skin as this would contaminate the dropper with skin cells/dirt/grease etc.
and then putting the dropper back in the tube would contaminate the entire product
each time. Always drop the drops on your face or skin without ever touching it directly.
7) NUTRITION
We all know by now that what we ingest into our bodies is always reflected in our
appearance.
But let's take a closer look at what we should eat and what we should avoid in order to
have flawless skin.
I'll preface this by saying that we all have our vices when it comes to food, everyone has
their sweet tooth, and skin problems are not ONLY attributable to food, so I'm not
claiming that you follow a strict diet of fruit and vegetables.
But it's only fair to be aware of which foods can be good for your body and which are not
so good for your skin.
The skin foods that you should definitely include in your diet are carrots, spinach,
asparagus, apricots, berries, cereals, avocados, nuts, onions, beans, tomatoes, kiwis,
apples and generally yellow, orange, red or dark green fruit and vegetables.
