Safety warning
• If equipped with the power supply unit delivered ex works, balances fitted with the BT-BLD auxiliary display must not
be operated in potentially explosive environments, and only indoors in a dry environment.
• Before connecting the power supply unit, check that the voltage marked on it is identical with the voltage of the local
power supply. If this is not the case, please contact your local MT dealer.
• Use only a tested AC adapter with SELV output current.
Connecting the auxiliary display to the balance
• Place the auxiliary display within receiving distance to the balance. Maximum distance: 10 m
• Connect the device in accordance with the Installation and Operating instructions for the BT or BTS interface option.
As soon as the device to be connected has been set up for the BT-BLD, the auxiliary display is ready to operate. The
connection may take 10 to 20 seconds to establish.
The connection status is indicated by the blue Bluetooth lamp (1):
