- Remove the aluminium plate (2) and its lid (3) from the appliance.
- Connect the electric wire to the appliance and then plug to the main socket
- To start the appliance press
- The temperature selected during previous use will be displayed.
- The appliance goes from 6°C to 57°C and from 44°F to 134°F. To switch from °C to °F,
press both dials ▼▲at the same time. To be sure that the selected temperature is in °C,
press ▼ till 0 as in °F you cannot go under 32°F.
- Select the desired serving temperature between 6°C to 57°C pressing ▼to decrease
temperature or ▲ to increase temperature. If you press the dial continuously, setting will
move faster.
- When the desired temperature is reached, the indicator light will stop flashing. If the gap
between 2 temperatures is high, it will take quite a long time to reach new temperature.
- Put your preparation into the aluminium tray (2) and cover with its lid (3) to have better
performance before serving.
- Place the tray in its storage (4) and close transparent lid (1).
- Food will be kept at ideal serving temperature during 2 hours maximum. After 2 hours,
bacteria will grow and can affect heath.
- Dispose of the preparation if it remained more than 2 hours in the serving buffet in order
to avoid any poisoning.
- If food did not stay 2 hours in the appliance, you can store it in the fridge inside the
aluminium tray (2) covered with its lid (3).
- Please use insulating mitts when removing the tray from the appliance when it is hot and
take care with steam that can also burn when removing the lids.
- The aluminium tray can be put in an oven at 150°C max but without its lid or in a freezer
(with its lid) but never in a microwave oven. Use insulating mitts to remove tray from the
oven.
- You can pre-heat or cool down in advance the appliance for maximum performance.
NOTE:
This appliance is neither an oven nor a fridge! The food you will put inside the tray must
be already cooked either hot or cold directly coming from the fridge. The appliance is a
serving buffet dedicated to keep constant and ideal serving temperature during 2 hours
max.
Keep the 2 lids (1 and 3) closed for best performance of the appliance.
Don't place the appliance neither near heat source like toaster oven, microwave oven,
heater, nor in direct sunlight.
Use only wooden or plastic spoon to prevent from damaging the tray coating.
Never put new food on food that stayed into the tray for a while.
