Battery change:
This monitor requires two
"AA" or "AG" 13amp
batteries. You can replace
the batteries on the back of
the device.

Display functions:

Value
Display user workout time.
Time (TMR)
Display range 00:00 ~ 99:59 min
Display user workout speed.
Speed (SPD)
Display range 0.0 ~ 99.9 km/h
Display user workout distance.
Distance (DST)
Display range 0.0 ~ 999.9 km
Display calories consumption during workout.
Calories (CAL)

Display user pulse during workout. To do this, place your palms on both contact
Heart Rate (PUL) surfaces of the handlebar for at least 30 seconds.

Button functions:

When the pedal rotation begins, the console switches on automatically and begins

to count.
If the exercise is stopped, "STOP" appears in the left corner of the LCD display
Stop after 4 seconds. The device switches off automatically after approx. 4 minutes if
the pedals or the display are not used.
To reset the values, press and hold the button below the display for 3 seconds. A

reset also takes place automatically whenever the battery is changed.
Repeatedly press the button briefly to scroll through and display the desired
