9 Maintenance and cleaning
1 Clean the ABIROB
2 Turn the covering ring (1) to the right as far as it will go and remove it.
3 Check the O-ring (4) for wear and replace it if necessary.
WARNING
Risk of injury
Serious injuries caused by parts swirling around.
• When cleaning with compressed air, wear suitable protective clothing, in particular
safety goggles.
4 Clean the bores of the set screws (1) with compressed air.
5 Check the set screws (1) for wear and replace them if necessary.
6 Grease the O-rings (4) with sealing grease (included in the scope of delivery).
7 Mount the set screws (1), O-ring (4) and covering ring (1).

1 Remove balls (6), pressure springs (2) and size cylinders (5), check them for damage and
replace them if necessary.
2 Check the O-rings (3), (4), and replace them if necessary.
