The setting up of the shelves starts with the fact that first the shelf must be set up.
Structure of storage facilities
The shelves may only be assembled in an unloaded condition in accordance with our instructions. The
bracing of the racks must be carried out in accordance with the selected systems/construction methods
and the existing shelf and bay loads. The specified maximum possible shelf and bay loads must not be
exceeded. (see point 4 Operation)
The distributor is to be consulted in the event of alterations to the shelf system or discrepancies in the
assembly. The load may only be applied after the complete assembly has been completed.
Drawers
According to the guidelines for storage facilities and equipment (DGUV regulation 108-007), special
safeguards, e.g. connections of the shelves to each other or to suitable structures, must be provided to
ensure the stability of drawers / pull-out shelves without pull-out stops.
Operation
• The ORSY Flex shelving system will only show its correct function if it is installed and operated

correctly. In case of malfunctions or unclear operating conditions, you should contact the distributor.
• To ensure correct operation, you must always follow the instructions in the operating manual completely
and correctly.
• To avoid the risk of injury, never allow children or other vulnerable or endangered persons to operate
the device without supervision.
