■ Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the device.
■ Do not use the device in the event of open wounds, infec-
tions of the skin, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and with sen-
sitive skin, skin irritation, sunburn, rash, burns and warts !
If applicable, consult your physician.
■ Exclude the area around your eyes when cleaning your
face with the device.
■ Batteries may be life threatening if swallowed. Therefore
keep the batteries and device out of the reach of children
and animals. If a battery has been swallowed, you must
seek immediate medical attention.
Proper handling of batteries
■ Before inserting the battery, check whether the contacts in
the battery compartment and on the battery are clean and,
if necessary, clean them.
■ Only use the battery type specifi ed in the technical data.
■ When changing battery ensure correct polarity (+ / –).
■ Remove the battery from the battery compartment if they
is empty or if you are not using the device for a long time.
This way, you can avoid damages attributed to leaking.
■ If a battery has leaked, avoid contact between your skin,
eyes and mucous membranes and the battery acid. In the
event of contact with the battery acid, rinse the affected
areas instantly with plenty of clean water and immediately
consult a physician.
■ Immediately remove a leaky battery from the battery com-
partment and clean the contacts before inserting a new
battery.
