IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety
instructions when using the crosstrainer: Read all instructions before using this
equipment.
WARNING: Before beginning any exercise program consult your physician.
This is especially important for people who are over 35 years old or who have
pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before using any fitness equipment.
Do not operate this exercise equipment without properly fitted guards, as the moving
parts can present a risk of serious injury if exposed.
• Keep the bike away from the access of children, do not allow the children to be around when
using the machine.
• Do not ride the bike standing up.
• Do not ride while wearing loose robes, loose pants or skirts.
• Always wear a rubber sloe shoes or tennis shoes when riding.
• Place the bike on a smooth hard surface.
• The user's max weight is 100kgs.
• The braking system of the bike is speed-dependent.
• The field of application is for home use.
• Before each use, make sure that all of the fasteners on the unit are tightened securely. If the
device is defective, stop using it until it has been repaired.
• The brake pad is most susceptible to wear. Before use, make sure it has function.
• The safety level of the equipment can be maintained only if it is examined regularly for damage
and wear.
• This bike isn't suited for therapeutic use.
