First signs:

ziness or drowsiness.
Symptoms of heat exhaustion/heat stroke:

Nausea and vomiting; throbbing headache; dizziness and
drowsiness; absence of perspiration; red, hot and dry skin;
muscle weakness or seizures; rapid heartbeat; quick, shallow
breathing; behavior changes such as confusion, disorienta-
tion or staggering; unconsciousness.
