Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Dieses Produkt ist für Beleuchtungsaufgaben im Bereich der Stereomikroskopie und Endoskopie für den Industrie- und Laboreinsatz entwickelt und vorgesehen. Die angewandten Normen und Richtlinien sind im Kapitel "Technische Daten" angeführt. Diese Lichtquelle erzeugt Licht, das durch Lichtleiter zum Mikroskop oder zum auszuleuchtenden Objekt geführt werden kann. - Page 5 Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt! Das Gerät darf nur mit der vorgeschriebenen Versorgungsspannung betrieben werden. Stellen Sie nur soviel Helligkeit ein, wie es zum Arbeiten unbedingt nötig ist. Eine höhere Helligkeitseinstellung kann die Augen reizen, belastet das Objekt und reduziert dazu die Lebensdauer des Gerätes.
- Page 6 Betrieb Packen Sie die Lichtquelle aus und entfernen Sie alle eventuell vorhandene Schutzfolien. Manche Ausführungen haben einen Staubschutzstöpsel am Lichtleiter-Ausgang. Entfernen Sie diesen vor Verwendung und bewahren Sie ihn für spätere Lagerung und Transportzwecke der Lichtquelle auf. Nehmen Sie die Lichtquelle am Handgriff (6) und stellen Sie diese an den gewünschten Ort. Stecken Sie den benötigten Lichtleiter in die dafür vorgesehene Öffnung (4) an der Lichtquelle und positionieren ihn wunschgemäß.
- Page 7 Filter (nicht bei allen Lichtquellen vorhanden) In den Filterhalter (5) können bei Bedarf diverse Filter installiert werden. Ziehen Sie dazu den Filterhalter einfach aus dem Gerät heraus. Verwenden Sie nur saubere und vom Hersteller freigegebene Filter. Beachten Sie, dass ein Filter während des Betriebes und unmittelbar danach heiß werden kann! Lichtleiter Adapter (nicht bei allen Lichtquellen vorhanden) Bei manchen Modellen kann die Verwendung von Adaptern notwendig sein.

Designated use This product has been developed and is intended for illumination purposes in the sector of stereo microscopy and endoscopy for industry and laboratory use. The applicable standards and guidelines are listed in the Chapter "Technical data". This light source generates light that can be passed through a light guide to the microscope or object to be illuminated. - Page 15 Always keep the ventilation openings of the device free to avoid causing any overheating. Ensure that the free air circulation is not hindered by anything and that there is a sufficiently large gap between the ventilation openings and other objects. Keep the environment of the device clean (above all, dust and lint-free), so that any device fans cannot suck in any dirt.
- Page 16 Operation Unpack the light source and remove any protective foils. Some models are shipped with a protective cover at the light guide connection (4). Please remove it before turning on the light source and keep it for later use during transportation and storage. Pick up the light source with the handle (6) and position it on the required location.
- Page 17 Filters (not available for all models) Various filters can be installed as required in the filter holder (5). Simply pull the filter holder out of the device for this purpose. Only use clean filters approved by the manufacturer. Please note that the filter can be hot during operation and immediately afterwards! N’opérez l’appareil qu’avec la tension d’alimentation prescrite. Ne réglez la luminosité qu’au niveau absolument nécessaire pour le travail. Une luminosité trop élevée pourrait provoquer une irritation des yeux, solliciter l’appareil et en réduire la durée de vie.

Mise en marche Retirez l’emballage ainsi que toute pellicule protectrice de la source lumineuse. Certains modèles disposent d’un capuchon antipoussière à la sortie du guide de lumière. Retirez-le avant la mise en marche et gardez-le pour le stockage et le transport ultérieurs de la source lumineuse.
