4.2. FRONT WING DISASSEMBLY
1.
Whilst supporting the Front Wing, use the Torx T40 tool provided in the Tool Kit to
individually loosen the three screws.
2.
Remove the three screws, then carefully set the Front Wing aside. Store screws in a safe
and accessible place.
4.3. STABILIZER DISASSEMBLY
1.
Whilst supporting the Stabilizer, use the Torx T40 tool provided in the Tool Kit to individually
loosen the two screws.
2.
Remove the two screws, then carefully set the Stabilizer aside. Store screws in a safe and
accessible place.
4.4. FUSELAGE DISASSEMBLY
1.
Whilst supporting the Fuselage, use the Torx T40 tool provided in the Tool Kit to individually
loosen the two screws.
2.
Remove the two screws and set them aside. Store screws in a safe and accessible place.
3.
Whilst securely supporting the Mast, tap the Fuselage away from the mast, using only your
hands, in an area 2-3cm in front of the mast and 2-3cm behind the mast.
IMPORTANT: Alternate the tapping between these two points to ensure that the GeoLock
disconnects as evenly as possible.
4.
When you feel the Fuselage become free from the Mast, carefully detach, and set the
Fuselage aside.
4.5. BOARD ADAPTOR DISASSEMBLY (AK/AF ONLY)
1.
Whilst supporting the Board Adaptor, use the Torx T40 tool provided in the Tool Kit to
individually loosen the two screws.
2.
Remove the two screws and set them aside. Store screws in a safe and accessible place.
3.
Securely support the Mast, tap each corner of the Board Adaptor away from the mast to
loosen, using your hands to loosen it from the mast.
IMPORTANT: alternate the tapping diagonally between these four points to ensure that the
Board Adaptor disconnects as evenly as possible.
IMPORTANT: Use a soft rubber mallet only if absolutely essential. Do not use a hammer or
hard object.
WARNING:
To avoid injury, pay special attention to the Board Adaptor and Mast when the connection comes loose.
