7.6 FUEL FILTER MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive under certain
conditions. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine
stopped. Do not smoke or allow open flames or sparks in the
area where the generator is being refueled or where gasoline is
stored. Do not overfill the tank. Be careful not to spill fuel when
refueling. Wipe up any spilled gasoline and let the area dry
before starting the engine.

Remove the fuel cap and filter.

Clean the filter with solvent.
3.
Wipe the filter.
4.
Reinsert the filter.
