property damage or personal injury is excluded:
Non-compliance with the instructions contained in the installation manual
Handling or operation contrary to regulations
Operating errors
Unauthorised opening of the components
External interventions and external influences
Mechanical damage
Unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product
Non-professional repairs
Use of non-original spare parts
Use of flat / defective batteries or rechargeable batteries
Proof of guarantee is not available
No liability is assumed for:
Direct or indirect damage, including incidental or consequential damage to
or from the radio remote control resulting from its use or malfunction.
Interference by or from other radio equipment (e.g. mobile phone
operation).
The loss of the radio remote control
Do not use this product in hospitals or other medical facilities.
Although this system emits relatively weak radio signals, they could
cause malfunction of life support systems there. The same may apply in
other areas.
