Check to be sure the shoulder
straps are locked into the
buckle and securing your child
properly. Pull the shoulder
straps up and away from your
child firmly. The shoulder
straps should remain locked
in the buckle and should not
pull more than 2.5 cm (1")
(two fingers) away from your
child's chest. If the shoulder
straps are too loose or
unbuckle, please re-read the
instructions "Securing Your
Child", pages 27-31, and
repeat steps 1-8.
