3. After Remote control and vibration plate are connected successfully,
you can start to use the Vibration. Press the STAR/STOP key to start the
Vibration. The power light turns from red to green when the vibration
plate is working. You can press the button [+] to accelerate or button
[-] continuously to decelerate the frequency of vibration to find a level
according to your feeling which is comfortable for you (level 1-99). If you
want to Stop the Vibration, press START/STOP, the machine will stop
immediately

You can download the VAN FIT app using the following QR code. Your
smartphone must be equipped with Android 4.3 / iOS 7.0 (or newer) and BT
4.0. First turn on the BT feature on your phone, then launch the app or open
the device search.
