 Diese Bedienungsanleitung enthält wichtige
Informationen zum Umgang mit dem Magnetgreifer.
Bitte lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig
durch und bewahren Sie diese für spätere Zwecke
auf.
 Der Anschluss und die Inbetriebnahme des
Magnetgreifers darf erst erfolgen, nachdem die
Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und verstanden
wurde.
 Folgen Sie unbedingt den Anweisungen der
Bedienungsanleitung und beachten Sie die
Sicherheits- und Warnhinweise.

WARNUNG
Der Magnetgreifer enthält einen
Permanentmagneten
Gefahr für Personen mit Herz-
schrittmacher und Beschädigung
elektronischer Geräte!

Halten Sie sich vom Arbeitsbereich
fern (Mindestabstand: 125 mm).
►
Sehen Sie eine Abschirmung der
elektronischen Geräte vor
 Magnetgreifer arbeitet bistabil (letzter
angesteuerter Schaltbefehl wird beibehalten).
Belüftungsöffnungen dürfen nicht verschlossen
werden!
 Bei Systemauslegungen mit Magnetgreifern SGM
ist ein Sicherheitsfaktor von S=3 anzusetzen!
 Der Betrieb außerhalb der spezifizierten
Leistungsgrenzen ist nicht zulässig. Fehlfunktion
sowie Zerstörung des Magnetgreifers können die
Folge sein!
 Der Betrieb in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung ist
nicht zulässig.
 Ein Öffnen des Magnetgreifers – auch zu
Reparaturzwecken – ist nicht zulässig! Es besteht
die Gefahr der Beschädigung des Magnetgreifers
sowie Verletzungsgefahr!

These operating instructions contain important
information on using the magnetic gripper. Please
read the operating instructions thoroughly and keep
them for later reference.

Do not connect or start operation of the magnetic
gripper until after you have read and understood
the operating instructions fully.

Follow all instructions in the operating instructions
carefully and observe the safety notes and
warnings.

Keep out of the operating area
(Minimum distance: 125 mm).

Electronic equipment should be
shielded

The magnetic gripper is a bistable device (the
last switching command given is retained). The
ventilation openings must be kept clear.

For systems with SGM magnetic grippers, a
safety factor of S = 3 must be applied.

The device may not be operated outside its
specified capacities and limits. Doing so may lead
to malfunctions or destruction of the magnetic
gripper.

Do not operate the device in environments where
there is a risk of explosion.

Do not open the magnetic gripper – even for
maintenance purposes. This can result in damage
to the magnetic gripper and/or personal injury.
Intended use
Handling of perforated metal sheets, complex laser-
cut workpieces, metal sheets with holes and apertures
as well as similar materials.
Handling of ferromagnetic workpieces.

Le préhenseur magnétique
contient un aimant permanent.

Tenir hors de la zone de travail
(Distance minimale: 125 mm).

Le matériel électronique doit être
blindé

Le préhenseur magnétique fonctionne de façon
bistable (la dernière commande de
commutation utilisée est conservée). Les
orifices de ventilation ne doivent pas être
obstrués !

Un facteur de sécurité de S = 3 doit être
appliqué en présence de systèmes conçus avec
des préhenseurs magnétiques SGM !

Il est interdit d'utiliser ce dispositif en dehors des
limites de puissance mentionnées. Cela pourrait
entraîner des dysfonctionnements voire une
destruction du préhenseur magnétique !

Il est interdit d'utiliser le dispositif dans des locaux
présentant un risque d'explosion.

Il est interdit d'ouvrir le préhenseur magnétique,
même à des fins de réparation ! Cela pourrait
entraîner une détérioration du préhenseur
magnétique voire des risques de blessure !
Utilisation conforme
Manipulation de tôles perforées, de pièces complexes
découpées au laser, de tôles avec perçages et
découpes et de pièces similaires.
Manipulation de pièces ferromagnétiques.
