Operation and maintenance
Remove all packaging of the device.
Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.
Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz.
Always place the unit on a flat stable surface and ensure at least 15 cm. free space around the
unit. This device is not suitable for outdoor installation or use.
Only use dedicated induction pans on this device.
You can recognize these pans to the following icon:
If there is no dedicated induction pan is put on the device,
The device will not recognize the pan and the error code EO appears on the display, the
device switches off automatically for safety reasons.
Use
Plug into a grounded outlet and place the induction pan on the ceramic induction plate (no. 1).
Press the power button (F) and the unit turns on.
There appears flashing - - - - on the display. Press the Select button (E), 1800 w appears in
the display, select the up (D) and down (C) button in the desired position in watts.
The following temperatures are adjustable in Watts: 500, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1400, 1500,
1600, 1800 and 2000 watts.
If the temperature in ° C is to be set, press the s elect button (E) 2 times and select the up (D)
and down (C) button in the desired position in ° C.
The following temperatures are in ° C adjustable: 6 0, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220
and 240 ° C. If the pan is removed from the device, EO appears in the display and stops for
safety immediately.
For desired cooking time, press the timer button (B) and enter the desired cooking time of at
least 5 up to 180 minutes.
First select the desired temperature in watts or ° C and adjust the cooking time.
For blocking the buttons on the control panel, press the lock button(A), the buttons on the
control panel are blocked now.

Cleaning the device

Remove, before cleaning or storage, the power cord from the wall-outlet and wait until the unit
has cooled down completely. Clean the ceramic induction plate (no. 1) en the control panel
(no. 2) with a mild detergent and a damp cloth.
Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel wool or an abrasive sponge; this could damage
the device. Never place the device in a dishwasher, or immerse the device in water or other
liquid.
