• The heater may only be used in an upright position.
• It must be set up on an even, level surface to prevent it from falling over.
• If the heater were to fall over, pull the plug from the socket and allow the appliance to cool down before it is set
upright again. Check the appliance for damages. Do not operate a damaged appliance!
• Do not repair the appliance yourself, but contact an authorized specialist. If the mains cord of the appliance
becomes damaged, it must be replaced with a special mains cord that can be obtained from the manufacturer or
their customer service.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sen-
sory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruc-
tion concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Children younger than 3 years of age should be kept away from the appliance, unless they are supervised at
all times.
• Children from the age of 3 and younger than 8 years of age may only turn the appliance on and off if they
are supervised, or have been instructed with regard to the safe use of the appliance, and if they have under-
stood the risks resulting from it, provided that the appliance has been placed and installed in its normal position
of use.
• Children from the age of 3 and younger than 8 years of age may not insert the plug into the socket, may not
clean the appliance and/ or may not perform the maintenance by the user.
• This appliance is not intended to be immersed in water during cleaning. Please follow the instructions provided
in the chapter "Cleaning".
Intended Use
The appliance is intended for domestic use and in similar areas of ap-
plication.
The appliance may be set up anywhere in a room or in a home environ-
ment.
The appliance may not be used in the rain.
It is not intended to be used on a construction site, in a greenhouse, in a
barn or a stable. It is not suited for the rearing or keeping of animals.
It may only be used in the manner described in this user manual. The
appliance may not be used for commercial purposes.
Any other use is deemed not as intended and may lead to damage to
property or even to personal injury.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage as a result of use
other than the intended use.

Unpacking the Appliance
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging.
2. Remove all packaging material such as plastic wrap, filler material,
cable ties and cardboard packaging.
3. Check that all supplied parts are included in the box.
4. If the packaging contents are incomplete or if there is obvious dam-
age, do not operate the appliance. Return it to the dealer immedi-
ately.

Assembly instructions
NOTE:
For the assembly, you will need a large Philips screwdriver.
Screws that are not included with the accessories have been
pre-installed on the individual parts.
Please also follow the "Overview of the Components" on page 3.
It is best to place a blanket underneath so that the housing is not
damaged.
