3.6 Drill holes

It is possible to provide drill holes for our thermostatic cabinets. On request, the drill
holes may be made by the Production Department for new orders of a Thermostatic
Cabinet. Alternatively, the customer may drill the holes on-site at a later date.
Please note: In both cases, drilled holes will void the guarantee on the accuracy
of the temperature´s stability! So long as the procedure is carried out correctly,
statutory rights will not be affected.
The dimensions and possible drill areas are described in the graphic and respective
tables below. In addition, the following should be taken in to consideration:
• Maximum hole size available by our production team: Ø 30 mm
• Wall thickness: 35 mm
• Initially, each hole is drilled from the inside to the outside with a diameter
of approx. 3 mm. Then the hole can be drilled from the outside to the desired
diameter / size.
