USB Functionality

The USB input can be used to access media stored on a USB fl ash drive. The TV can support MP3,
WAV, JPEG, BMP and TXT fi le types.
To access media stored on a USB fl ash drive insert the drive into the USB port on the rear of the
TV. Press the source button on the remote control and select USB from the input menu. Select the
type of media that you are trying to access from the USB menu and press, enter. If the fi les that you
are trying to access are on the root of the USB drive, they will be displayed on the TV. If the fi les are
stored in a folder on the USB drive, navigate to the folder where the desired fi les are stored, using the
arrow keys and enter button on the remote.
Text – To display a text fi le from a USB fl ash
drive select text from the main USB menu. Use
the arrow keys to highlight the desired text fi le
and press enter to select it. Once all of the
desired text fi les have been selected press play/
pause to view the text. If multiple fi les have been
selected a playlist will be created. When the
text is fi rst displayed on the screen a menu will
appear at the bottom of the screen, use the arrow
keys and enter to select the desired text settings.
Pressing the down arrow will hide the menu bar.
Music – To listen to music from a USB fl ash drive
select music from the main USB menu. Use the
arrow keys to highlight the desired song and
press enter to select it. Selected audio fi les will
display a check mark underneath them. Once
all of the desired music has been selected press
play/pause to listen to the selected songs. If
multiple fi les have been selected a playlist will be
created. When the audio fi rst begins to play there
will be a menu bar at the bottom of the screen,
use the arrows keys and enter to select the
desired audio preferences. Pressing the down
arrow on the remote will hide the menu bar.
