Install Struts

Step 1
To install the Struts, secure the top
(tube section) of the Strut to the Rear
Window Glass. Then mount the rod at
the bottom to the Strut Bracket.
Repeat with both Struts.

Take extra care fastening the gas strut brackets
and the upper hinge plates to safety glass hatch.
Over tightening may result in cracking or breaking
the glass hatch.
Precaución
Tenga mucho cuidado al fijar los soportes de
los puntales a gas y las placas con bisagras
superiores a la luneta de cristal. Apretar más de
lo necesario puede resultar en agrietamiento o
rotura de la luneta de vidrio.
Attention
Apporter un soin très particulier à la fixation
des étriers des vérins à gaz et des plaques des
charnières supérieures sur la lunette en verre de
sécurité. Un serrage trop important peut craqueler
ou casser la lunette en verre. .
