OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This is the safety alert symbol used for the OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS section of this manual to alert you to potential
personal injury hazards. Obey all instructions to avoid possible injury or death.
1. Pull the T-handle out from the ramp and lift it up. This will expose the wheels that balance the ramp in preparation for maneuvering the
ramp around the shop.
2. Make sure the vehicle wheels are straight. Maneuver the ramp right in front of the vehicle wheel so the ramp is in line with the direction of
the vehicle's wheels.
3. Lower the T-handle and push it all the way in to its storage position. The ramp is now flat on the ground and stabile.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 with the second ramp and second vehicle wheel.
5. SLOWLY AND CAUTIOUSLY drive the vehicle onto the ramps with the vehicle wheels positioned straight and in line with the center of each
ramp. A spotter may be used to assist alignment of the vehicle wheels with the ramps.
6. Once the vehicle's wheels are on the top of the ramps, apply the vehicle's brakes to prevent travel over the end of the ramps.
7. Set the vehicle emergency brake and place the gear selector in PARK, or in REVERSE if the vehicle is equipped with a manual transmission.
8. Place chocks in front and behind all vehicle wheels that are still in contact with the ground.
9. Make sure vehicle, ramps and setup are stabile before working on the vehicle.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

This is the safety alert symbol used for the PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE section of this manual to alert you to potential personal
injury hazards. Obey all instructions to avoid possible injury or death.
1. Always store the ramps in a well protected area where they will not be exposed to inclement weather, corrosive vapors, abrasive
dust, or any other harmful elements. The ramps must be cleaned of water, snow, sand or grit before using.
2. The ramps must be lubricated periodically with a general purpose grease. The grease must be applied to the axle and related
linkages and the T-handle slide mechanism.
3. Every owner is responsible for keeping the ramp labels clean and readable. Contact Sunex for a replacement label if your ramp's
label is not readable.
4. Inspect the ramps before each use. Do not use the ramps if any component is cracked, broken, bent or shows signs of damage.
Do not use the ramps if they have loose or missing hardware or components or are modified in any way. Take corrective action
before using ramps again.
