The cooking will take several minutes depending on different food.

When the food is cooked, use the handle to open the lid. Remove the food with the help

of a plastic heat-resistant spatula. Never use metal tongs or a knife as these can cause
damage to the non-stick coating of the cooking plates.
Note: the appliance has a securing latch:
Slide the latch to position A, the handle is unlocked.
when the upper plate is closed, side the latch to position B, the handle is locked; it is easy to
move the appliance.
When the upper plate is in open position, slide the latch to position B/C/D/E/F, then close the
upper plate; you can adjust the distance between the upper plate and bottom plate.
Open Position:
2.
The upper plate is open. Lift the handle until the upper housing is at about
a 90°angle. The position is appropriate for when grilling certain foods in
which the upper grill plate is not appropriate, such as pizza or fish.
Follow steps 2,3,5,7,8 in above section "closed position".
Flat Position:
3.
To make the upper plate be leveled with the bottom plate, push and hold the hinge release button in the
arrow's direction with one hand, and make the upper plate rest flat with the other hand.
Use the grill as an open grill to cook burgers, steak, poultry (we do not recommend cooking bone-in chicken,
since it does not cook evenly on an open grill), fish and vegetables.
Use the product in this position when grilling larger amounts of food or cooking foods on different plates to
avoid combining flavors.
Follow steps 2,3,5,7,8 in above section "closed position".
