Installation
Location Selection in Homes and Apartments
For complete coverage, CO gas detectors should be
installed in all rooms, halls, storage areas, basements,
and attics in the dwelling. The minimum coverage is one
CO gas detector on each floor and one outside each
sleeping area (see Fig. 2).
