Guarantee and warranty provisions
The warranty on all storage tank components complies with the regulatory guarantee provisions of the country
in which the manufacturer has supplied the product. This shall be subject to the product being positioned and
installed by a specialist in a suitable location.
The guarantee provisions for our products are subject to the conditions and time periods established in the
current version of the General Terms and Conditions.
The guarantee shall explicitly not cover the following types of damage and their consequences:
Transport damage.
Unsuitable or improper use.
Erroneous installation or commissioning by the operator or third parties.
Natural wear and tear.
Improper or negligent handling or maintenance.
Use of unsuitable operating resources.
Insufficient water quality.
Non observation of the installation, operation and maintenance instructions.
Improper modifications or commissioning activities by the purchaser or a third party.
Aggressive vapours or high levels of dust in the room in which the product is installed or adjacent
rooms.
Positioning in unsuitable rooms (frost, no maintenance access etc.).
Continued use despite the existence of a fault, a defect or damage.
