On 22 July 2019, the directive 2015/863/EU of the European Union on the restriction of the
use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment became
applicable. Namely, these substances are:

Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), 0.1 %
•
Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), 0.1 %
•
Dybuthyl phthalate (DBP), 0.1 %
•
Di-isobutyl phthalate (DIBP), 0.1 %
TBH GmbH hereby declares that our products comply with RoHS.
The devices produced by TBH do not fall under the equipment categories specified by the
German law of electrical equipment ElektroG section 1 §2 in its version of 16 May 2003 nor
by the WEEE directive 2002/96/EU Annex IA. They are classified as B2B devices. This has
been confirmed by the registration at the registry for used electrical equipment EAR
("Elektro-Altgeräte-Register").
