IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY AND
RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!
Before usage
NOTE! TO AVOID UNPLEASANT
FEEDBACK NOISES, PLEASE FOLLOW
THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SWITCHING
ON EACH UNIT UNDER "HOW TO USE"
BELOW.
Included parts: 1 baby unit (transmitter),
1 adult unit (receiver), 2 6V 300mA AC
adapters, 1 belt clip, 1 manual.
LOW RADIATION. The radiation from
the baby unit is insignificant due to the
very low transmitting effect of 10mW.
Radiation is decreased further by the
fact that the baby unit only transmits
when your child makes a sound, not
continuously in stand-by mode.
The batteries in both units are fully
charged when they leave the factory
floor. This means you can start using the
units straight away.
When the units are used regularly and
for the intended purpose, the batteries
will last for approximately 3-4 years. The
batteries cannot be replaced.
The maximum distance the units can
be apart and still communicate is
approximately 600 m, in an open space.
Obstacles can decrease this operating
distance, so it is VERY IMPORTANT THAT
YOU MEASURE THE DISTANCE BEFORE
YOU DECIDE WHERE TO PLACE THE TWO
UNITS.
NOTE! The baby monitor should never be
used as a medical device, nor should it
replace direct supervison of your child, at
regular intervals by a responsible adult.
WARNING! The curve shaped antenna
on baby unit should not be hooked or
attached to the crib. DO NOT hang the
baby unit on the crib. Warning label shall
be placed 10-16 cm (4-6,2") from the
transmitter plug/jack.
WARNING! Strangulation hazard! Keep
cords out of the reach of children (more
than 0.9 m/2.9 feet away) due to risk of
strangulation.
