The position of jumper S4 depends on the type of code received:

The group of 8 SW2 switches is used to control a clock in the local times of different
countries, based on a code received in local FRENCH time or in Universal Time. These
switches are also used for the automatic incorporation of the Daylight Saving Time of the
country concerned.
