3.1.3. Before you start the appliance, make sure that
the hose assembly is in the position.
3.1.4. Unwind the power cord.
NB: This vacuum cleaner is equipped with an auto cord
retract mechanism. If the plug or cord is damaged, it
must be replaced by a qualified technician.
WARNING: Hold the plug when rewinding the power
cord. Do not allow the power cord or plug to whip
when rewinding.
3.2. Use and care:
IMPORTANT: Never use the vacuum with the HEPA
type filter in place.
3.2.1. Vacuuming materials:
3.2.1.1. Ensure the HEPA type filter is clean and dry
and installed on top inside of the dust bin assembly.
3.2.1.2. Ensure that the dust bin assembly is clicked in
its place.
3.2.1.3. Ensure that there are no blockages.
3.2.1.4. Ensure that the hose connections are securely
connected.
3.2.1.5. Turn on the vacuum and start vacuuming.
3.2.1.6. When you have finished vacuuming, turn
the vacuum off and remove the plug from the mains
socket.
3.3. Blockages:
3.3.1. In case of any blockages check the following in
this order:
3.3.1.1. Check the floor tool for any blockages.
3.3.1.2 Check the hose handle pipe.
3.3.1.3 Remove the dust bin and check the dust bin
inlet.
3.3.1.4 If there is still a blockage after following these
steps please contact the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person.
3.4. Operating the vacuum:
3.4.1 Attaching the floor tool:
3.4.1.1. Insert the floor tool into its location in the
direction of the arrow as illustrated in the image below.
3.4.1.2 To remove the floor tool from the vacuum,
press on the floor release button and pull the floor tool
out.

3.4.2 Using your upright:
3.4.2.1. Pull out the power cord and insert the power
plug into the wall socket outlet.
3.4.2.2. Flip the handle to the upright position
3.4.2.3. Press the power button to the ON position.
3.4.2.3. Once you are done vacuuming, unplug and
hold the power plug while pressing the cord rewind
button to rewind the cord back into the vacuum.
3.4.2.4. Press the handle button
and flip the handle back down.
Your vacuum is now ready to be
stored.
NB: Do not carry the vacuum by
the dust bin handle but instead
use the carry handle on top.
