- Turn handle " H " of the drain valve anticlockwise.
The drain is completely closed only when the handle
is in the horizontal position.
- Turn the water tap knob to refill the well with the
same quantity of water evaporated during cooking.
Water comes out of the nozzle, which can be placed
under the draining surface.
- Fill the well until the water is level with or above the
minimum level (bottom mark) indicated on the rear
wall of the well.
- To halt filling, turn the knob clockwise.
- When using 600 series equipments, provided with
dispenser, make sure that the drain in the front part
is closed. After that fill up the tank.
EMPTYING
- Turn the handle " H " of the drain valve clockwise.
The drain is completely open when the handle is in
the vertical position.
- The 600 and 700 series equipments are provided
with frontal drain and drainpipe with bayonet cap.
- Once inserted the drain, turn left the lever placed
on the equipment front part. When the lever is
completely turned left the drain appears completely
open.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
The control knob has the following positions:
OFF
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE
INTERMEDIATE TEMPERATURES
MAXIMUM WATER TEMPERATURE
SWITCHING ON
- Press and turn the knob from position " 1 " to
position " 3 " .
- The yellow indicator light switches on.
TURNING OFF
- Turn the knob to position "0".
- The yellow indicator light switches off.
COOKING
- Fill the well.
- Adjust the heating accoding to your cooking
requirements.
AT THE END OF SERVICE
- Turn the knob to position "0".
- Empty the well completely.
13. PROLONGED DISUSE
Before any prolonged disuse of the appliance,
proceed as follows:
- Clean the appliance thoroughly.
- Rub stainless steel surfaces with a cloth soaked in
vaseline oil to create a protective film.
- Close cocks or main switches ahead of the
appliances.
Following prolonged disuse, proceed as follows:
- Inspect the appliance thoroughly before using it
again.
- Allow electric appliances to operate at the lowest
temperature for at least 60 minutes.
