7. Maintenance, Repairs and Warranty
7.1 Maintenance
Screws: Check the Flowbike regularly for loose screws and tighten them.
Tires: This device is equipped with elastic vacuum tires. Do not ride with damaged tires but contact an official
dealer of this product.
The pressure within the tires must be 280 kPa.
Brakes: The Flowbike is equipped with two disc brakes, one at the front- and one at the rear-wheel. Contact an
official dealer if the brakes should not work properly. Also contact an official dealer if the brakes should lose their
power after some time or if they break completely and must be exchanged.
Keep the device clean in order to increase its longevity. It is best to clean it after every usage with a dry towel.
Make sure that the disc brakes are always clean and do not get in contact with oil or dirt.
7.2 Indication of malfunction
Go through these questions if you encounter a problem with your Flowbike. This checklist can help you with the
troubleshooting.
Is the device turned on?
Is the battery fully charged?
Is the battery level indicated on the display?
Is the brake only active when the brake lever is pressed or does the brake block the wheels, even if the lever is not
pressed?
Are all screws tightened, all connections clean and intact and all plugs plugged in?
